About James & Jerrica Kirkland
James Kirkland, Founder & CEO, and Jerrica Kirkland, Co-Founder of Kirkland Faith Care Ministry LLC, are a devoted husband-and-wife team with 18 years of marriage built on faith, love, and a shared commitment to serving others. As dedicated followers of Jesus the Messiah, and as an Ordained Elder(James) and Missionary (Jerrica), they believe in serving individuals and families with compassion, dignity, integrity, and genuine care.
With a heart for ministry that began at the age of 13, James has spent his life encouraging, supporting, and uplifting others. His background in healthcare as a Certified Nurse Assistant, along with certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, and First Aid, has provided him with valuable experience in caring for people during some of their most important moments.
Together, James and Jerrica founded Kirkland Faith Care Ministry LLC with a mission to provide compassionate support through personal assistance, community outreach, mentorship, encouragement, and meaningful services that strengthen individuals and families.
Their passion is to create a trusted environment where every person feels valued, respected, and cared for. Through faith, integrity, and a servant’s heart, James and Jerrica are committed to making a lasting positive impact in the community while honoring God through their service to others.

Kirkland Faith Care Ministry LLC was inspired by a desire to serve others through faith, compassion, and genuine care. After years of experience helping people in healthcare and the community, I recognized the need for more personal support, encouragement, and resources for individuals and families. This business was created to provide compassionate care, mentorship, outreach, and support that helps people feel valued, heard, and cared for during every season of life.
